Consultation and/or use of this Site involves the acknowledgment of having read our Disclaimer and the full acceptance of the rights and obligations set out in this Disclaimer. Artemio Design reserves the right to modify its Disclaimer at any time, without prior notice, but commits to applying the provisions that were effective when you used the Site.

3. What is the basis for processing my data?
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the legal basis for Artemio Design to process your personal data derives from:

8.1. FAIR AND LAWFUL PROCESSING

They will be collected and processed in such a way as to ensure that they are adequate, relevant and not excessive, and will be held for no longer than is necessary to achieve the specified purposes.

8.2. RIGHT OF ACCESS 
If you are able to provide proof of your identity, you have the right to get information on the processing of your personal data. Therefore, you have the right to obtain information on the purposes for which your data are being processed, the categories of data concerned, the categories of recipients of the data, the criteria used to determine how long the data will be stored, and the rights you can exercise over your data.

8.3. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION
Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can be corrected at any time. It is up to the User in the first instance to make the necessary changes in his “user account”, but you can also have it corrected by sending a written request to us.

8.4. RIGHT TO ERASURE OF DATA (OR “RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN”)
